What is it?

STRIVE is Kat’s workout app for follow-along workout videos you can do from the comfort of your home or anywhere! Kat guides you through the entire workout from warm-up to cooldown so it feels like she is in the room with you - giving form cues, encouraging you, doing the whole workout with you!

STRIVE is all about providing you with time-efficient, effective workouts that you can fit in even when life feels a little hectic. You deserve time each week to dedicate to yourself, your goals and evolving into the version of yourself you want to be physically and mentally.

What are the workouts like?

The workouts on STRIVE encompass strength and endurance in a time-efficient manner (you won’t be working out for an hour!). Kat is a huge advocate of increasing strength for your physique goals, your overall physical health and longevity, and for improving your mental strength as well. So you will always see strength movements no matter what the program is. Kat also loves adding bursts of cardio to increase endurance in a way that doesn’t make us want to go crazy.

All you need for the workouts is a set of dumbbells. The more variety of dumbbells, the better, but if you only have one set, you can definitely do these workouts! Other optional pieces of equipment are a bench (can substitute a very sturdy chair or stair), as well as a mini band for some glute work. Because of the minimal equipment needed, you can do these workouts from pretty much anywhere!

The first program of STRIVE is called “BURN” which is a 4-week program with 4 workouts per week - 2 strength and 2 higher intensity workouts. Start with Week 1, Workout 1 and see where your strength, endurance and results are in 4 weeks!

Programs are added on a regular basis to keep your workouts fresh and keep your progress going.

How much does it cost?
