What is it?

Online coaching is a great option for people who don’t struggle to get to the gym on their own but need or want guidance on what to do once they get there! Knowing what to do in the gym, how to workout to get desired results, what equipment to do or how many sets, etc. can be intimidating. This takes the guess work out of it so that you don’t have to do any of the brainwork behind working out - just get to the gym and crush the workouts Kat planned for you!

What are the workouts like?

Kat customizes a workout plan just for you based on your goals, experience, or any limitations. But for the most part, there will be full body strength workouts with bursts of cardio mixed in to work on both strength and endurance since we need both to be functional in life. If you have any specific fitness or body goals, Kat will customize the workouts based on those goals (i.e. if you want to get stronger with push-ups, or you want to work on those booty gains). Typically there are 3-4 workouts per week with assigned cardio days as well which can be anything from a walk to a hike to taking your favorite dance class. There is always plenty of variety with these workouts to keep them interesting while still getting you strong and fit!

How does it work?

Everything is in an app called True Coach. Kat writes personalized workouts for you and your goals and all you have to do is open the app and you will have a full workout, complete with video demonstrations and instructions on reps/sets. You can enter the weights you used or any notes you want to see in the future when you refer back to a particular exercise. You can communicate with Kat on the app to ask any questions, share how your workout went, or celebrate any progress!

How much does it cost?

Online coaching is only $50 per month! You will have your own coach who you can check in with as often as you like, who writes you a customized workout plan, and keeps you accountable all for only $50 per month. This cost is truly unheard of so if you’ve been wanting your own coach but couldn’t afford it - this is your opportunity!
